Thanks. I don't train for aesthetics, I do calisthenics so physique is just an added bonus and it's gonna depend on what skill I'm training at that precise moment. For example, my lats now are twice as big as before because I'm mastering the front lever. Anyway my chest is actually one of my good parts together with lats and shoulders, but I absolutely have no upper chest and in photos it always seems like I have no chest altogether ;^)
Someday I'll just have to hit the gym for a while to fix it up.

Props for powerlifting, I like strength training a lot more than hypertrophy training.

Calisthenics are pretty nice, I'm currently incorporating work on the olympic rings into my routine. Trying to tackle those stabilizers that will help me with the big movements and also build some additional upper body strength since my bench has been improving only very slightly for a while. :roll:
